I have managed to see it now. The issue is that when you open https://albenessereblog.altervista.org/radicali-liberi-e-antiossidanti/#segnalibroRadicali it will go to the #segnalibroRadicali anchor and that anchor will be at the top of the page. Since the sticky menu is floating above the page it will end up being above that anchor on most pages.

This solution I found seems like would do the job:

a[data-hs-anchor="true"] {   
   display: block; 
   position: relative; 
   visibility: hidden; 
   top: -50px;  
  }

Add that somewhere to your theme’s Custom CSS. Just adjust the top: -50px; to match the height of your website’s header.

I tried searching for “vita media” that I see in your screenshot but can’t find it on that page and it seems to be working OK for me. Can you give me some more details on how to reproduce the issue?

We only provide support for our WP External Links plugin.
You need to contact your host and/or find a developer to go over your website and clean it up and restore it, ideally find the way hackers got in etc.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for PRO plugins but you can try going to the Exceptions tab in WPEL and unchecking “Apply Settings on All Contents” and just leaving other checkboxes checked.

Sorry to hear about the issue 🙁

If the plugin is deactivated then it’s not the plugin doing it. It doesn’t leave anything behind anywhere and only works while it’s active.

I don’t know why it’s still redirecting but I’m seeing that as well so it’s not your computer cache/browser. The steps you went over are basically all the common things that could store the redirect.

All I can think of is that maybe the host has some extra layer of cache. You might try asking them.
