In reply to: Image Dimensions DisappearedI just noticed this happening a couple of days ago so I’m not sure what caused it
This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://wporg.ibadboy.net/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.wporg.ibadboy.net/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Google Mobile Friendlywhen we change the theme to 2022 then google says it is mobile friendly.
okat.
now changed to Avada and the issue persists
Since you use a commercial theme (Avada) and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.
https://themeforest.net/search/avada
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

In reply to: Pagination Page WordPressI have already checked several plugins, but none with this functionality.
Then, is it outputted by your theme? Looking at your site, you use
villagio
theme, which could not be found in the wporg.ibadboy.net/themes/ directory, as far as I can see.If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.

In reply to: There has been a critical error on this website.Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host. Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://wporg.ibadboy.net/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
You can also try disabling plugin/theme:
– manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
– If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to/wp-content/themes/
and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins). Also review https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-critical-error-in-wordpress/

In reply to: Fatal error WoocommerceI recommend asking at https://wporg.ibadboy.net/support/plugin/woocommerce so its developers and support community can help you with this.
If you need immediate access to the dashboard, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename the directory of
woocommerce
plugin.
