Hi @mstudioil ,
I hope the video and effect settings helped you adjust the transition between slides.
Regarding shortcode copying, we will soon have a hotfix that will support copying in all browsers as well as manual shortcode copying. If we can still help, feel free to contact us.
Have a nice day!
Hi @mstudioil ,
thanks for the details on the effect, of course you can build effect like that with our slider. So select the “Crossfade” effect and set the “distance” parameter to a value of 1.
Below I send a picture of the effect of the settings and a video of what the effect looks like:Settings

As for copying shortcodes, I will test them and if there is a problem in the next release we will fix the problem.
Have a nice day!

Hi @mstudioil ,
if you don’t want a fade effect between slides (as you call it black screen) then choose another effect that you like better. You can give an example of the transition between slides you want, so I can help you choose which effect you need to choose in order to have the desired transition between slides.
If you want to have a simple effect between slides, try to choose “Line” effect it is simple one. Also, to make it easier for you to choose the effect between the slides, you can look at our website under Templates, there you have various examples of sliders and effects.
https://transitionslider.com/templatesAs for copying shortcodes since you mention that it doesn’t work for you, tell me which internet browser you use so I can test it.
Since copying doesn’t work for you, try writing the name of the shortcode manually and see if your slider works on the page. Also this is another option how you can copy a shortcode from a slider. In Dashobard, move the mouse over the slider, then over the settings icon and click on the highlighted button as in the picture.
https://bit.ly/2T9p35CWe also support the addition of the Gutenberg Transition Slider block. If you use the WordPress editor on the Gutenberg page, you can search for our Transition Slider block and select the slider you want to add from the menu.

Hi @mstudioil ,
appreciate using Transition Slider. I tested the problem you mentioned, but unfortunately I can’t reproduce it. Below I am sending you a link with a video example where I did exactly what you described. So I made the first slider with two images with a fade effect in between. I also copied the shortcode and made a paste on the homepage.Video example: https://www.loom.com/share/f8f042b265af4fd193a703c0e318a1a6
If the video didn’t help, you can please send a URL with an example of a slider behaving as you described, so that it can help more.
Thank you for contacting us and we hope to help you resolve the issue.
Have a nice day!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] Not working on iPadHi, we are very glad that you are satisfied with our plugin. We’re really thrilled with how nicely you’ve put together the design of your slider related to your business.
As for the problem you mentioned for the iPad, I tested the URL you sent to the iPad and everything works fine, these are screenshots of my test from the iPad and how your slider looks on the iPad.
My advice is to update iOS on the iPad to the latest version if you haven’t already.
Because it’s possible it’s something up to the iPad itself because your slider works perfectly on the iPad I tested on.Screenshots with iPad landscape and portrait:

Thanks again for the nice words for the plugin. If you have a moment of time I would really appreciate it if you would leave a rating and review.Have a nice day!

I looked at the example slider you submitted and noticed that the problem is in the CORS policy. And that means you’re trying to load slide media files that are at the https URL, while the slider is at the http URL.
That is just because of Google’s CORS policy.
And as a tip, I generally suggest that media URLs and slider paths have the same security policy so http or https. Move your media also to the http, since the page where you display the slider is also http, or secure your domain with SSL and the problem will be solved. That is the general CORS policy issue.
So it is not a problem in the internet browser or the plugin, the problem is in the https protocol where the image is located and http where the slider is displayed. And some browsers have differently set CORS policy alarms, so some will work and some will not, so to fix the issue do my advice above.

Hi,
thanks for the nice words for Transition Slider. In the last update, we added a few new options. One of these options is Wheel Navigation, which you can turn on or off. You may have this option turned on, so just turn it off. You can find this by going to Edit that slider and finding Wheel navigation at the bottom of the settings and turning that option off. This option allows you to scroll through slides. Please let us know if this fixes the problem, if not please send us the URL where the slider is located so we can see what we can do to help.
Have a nice day!

In reply to: [Transition Slider - Responsive Image Slider and Gallery] Not Working…Hi @agentkiller007,
I looked at the example slider you submitted and noticed that the problem is in the CORS policy. And that means you’re trying to load slide media files that are at the http URL, while the slider is at the https URL.
I’ll see if there is any chance we can add in our next update that Slider supports reading media URLs that are not from the same path as the slider path. But my expectations are low because of Google’s CORS policy.
And as a tip, I generally suggest that media URLs and slider paths have the same security policy so http or https. Move your media also to the https. That is the general CORS policy issue.
This is an official warning message from your website that you send.“Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://b2lazy.com/create-post/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://b2lazy.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/image_3.jpg’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.”

Hi,
As for the update, we did additional testing on our part and came to the official data from Google that it is impossible to play video on autoplay with sound. Here is the official documentation from Googlehttps://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes
So there are two options that are possible:
1. Autoplay video without sound
2. User interaction to play a video with soundWe’re sorry we can’t implement exactly what you need, but it’s beyond our capabilities due to Google’s rights. Unfortunately, you will not be able to find this option in any other plugin because they also face the same problem.
Thank you for your understanding, if you like the plugin and its other features feel free to leave a review and rating, thank you!
