Video lightbox shortcodes mobile first

Has anyone tried to find other plugins answering simple requests such as:
lightbox has got to be responsive and usable via smartphones too
shortcodes are my best friends
video are a thing just like images
Thanks for this one, and still almost the only excluding CodeCanyon’s.
