This plugin saved me 2 hours of work

I am using the free version of the plugin and love it. I accidently deleted a form plugin and didn’t want to reinstall it and recreate all the forms and surveys’. Fortunately I used this plugin to backup my site after I make any changes and was able to restore my site back in just under 5 minutes.
