    I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

    This is how the plugin scroll bar works as shown on the below demo website.

    https://demo.ivorysearch.com/

    The scrollbar auto hides after a few seconds and displays again after refocusing the AJAX search results area or scrolling it using the mouse middle scroll button.

    Best regards,

    it is annoying that the scroll bar is hidden and gray. On my site it was better black. I haven’t found the CSS class about it.

    You can always display the scrollbar and change its color to black by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

    .is-ajax-search-result .simplebar-scrollbar:before {
        opacity: .9;
        transition: opacity 0s linear;
    }

    It not works.

    .is-ajax-search-result .simplebar-scrollbar:before {
        opacity: 1 !important;
        transition: opacity 0s linear !important;
    }

    I can see on your shared website that you have added it within the existing media query bracket causing it to not work.

    Please add it before all the existing CSS code and outside any media query.
