Can you let us know the version of our plugin you’re currently using?

On the other hand, could you extract the backup file and let us know what result you have?

To use SGBP extractor you firstly need to download and install the mentioned software on your PC.
You can download it here:

After installing the SGBP extractor, you need to choose the respective archive you want to extract and also choose the destination path where you want to extract.
