Support » Plugin: STL Viewer » Showing nothing on page

  • Hello,

I’ve followed the instruction to installing the plugin, and then uploaded the 3D files into the uploads folder.

Then, I added these codes into the contend of my page:

    Line1

    [stl file=”new_moai.stl” /]

    Line3

However, it simply loads the polygons, then nothing shows up.

Here is the link to this page I am testing:
    http://zanybox.com/test-3d-object/

Do you have any suggestions for me?
I’ve been scratching my head the whole day.

    Thank you in advance!

  • Same problem, please help
stl file have permissions, model is simply not displayed…

    Same Here,
It shows Parsing 9… of 1508 polygons… and a red bat indicating the loading, but then noting happen.
I like to have a functionality like this in my site, exactly an stl viewer, any help will be appreciate.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Best,
    Harris

I has the same prblem, i solved it in this method:

go to plugin settings and use this:

height: 300px (do not put any space between 300 (you can use your own value) and px, or, if you use percentage same thing with %)

    width: same as up

object color: #558cff (as before, do not put any space between # and the value)

and same thing with background color.

I hope this can help you! 😉
    Bye!

This sounds like a browser issue. Try with the newest Version of Chrome or Firefox (or Safari, but you must enable WebGL in the developer menu).
