Support » Fixing WordPress » Search layout

  • I asked for the search plugin on my website, but they don’t help me with customizations. On Firefox on desktop, I was able to have the image above the title. It only works with Firefox, unfortunately.

    Here’s what I would like;
    – Center the image on Firefox for the desktop.
    – Have a mobile version on Firefox (at the moment the images are cropped).
    – Have the same layout with all browsers.

    It doesn’t matter if the values aren’t accurate. Having a foundation to work on, I will be able to carry on independently.

    Type Mario in the search menu and wait for the results to appear.

    What plugin are you referring to?
    Acquired from?

    Ivory Search. But it doesn’t matter which plugin it is. They told me I have to make do to fix the layout.

    If a plugin developer does not want to help you customizing their plugin, then there is nothing we can do about it.

    You may try find a paid plugin that offers that kind of support.

    Why can’t you do anything? It’s okay that you also tell me the code and then I find the values by myself. This I know how to do. But I don’t even know where to start. I have postponed this solution for a month. The design on Chrome is bad, because I have optimized it for Firefox.

    We cannot force plugin developers to customize their plugin for you.

    I didn’t say to oblige the plugin developers, but if whoever visits my post, they can help solve the problem.

    Or you could hire a developer. Your choice.
