Restore stuck at 69%

    Hello,

    We have a website that use WordPress and BackupGuard plugin: https://retail4brands.com/.

    Today we have restored the website from a previous backup via BackupGuard, but the restoration always stuck at 69% for more than 2 hours.

    Our backup file size is 43Mb, we can send you our full backup for investigation.

    We cannot access the Wp admin anymore, so that we cannot send you the log files.

    Could you help us to resolve this problem?

    May we kindly ask you to contact us via support@backup-guard.com email address and send the restore log file along with the backup file so we can analyze the issue?

    In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using an FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for your fast reply.

    We were able to restore our site via the FTP client, using another backup version. It seems that there are an error with the backup used yesterday, and there are nothing to do with the Backup Guard.
