Support » Theme: Hello Elementor » -OR- Button Appearing Next to add to cart button on product page

  • Since I have installed wordpress, I have always had some issue with the -or- appearing next to the add to cart button. I have seen a post on this issue in the past but the resolution provided was not helpful.

    I do have Stripe enabled (With Google Pay and Apple Pay) and I have seen that, having that enabled can cause the “-or-” to appear next to the add to cart button.
    When you are on a browser that supports google/apple pay the -or- disappears and what you get is just the add to cart and the express pay buttons. What I am looking for I guess is a snippet that will remove the -or- from appearing at all.

    I have also had a similar issue with another plugin that I use that allows customers to make offers on the products we have for sale – when the express payments are there the make an offer button does not align with the add to cart button, it kind of rises on top of the express payments button instead of staying in line with the add to cart button.

    For your reference, I have included screenshots of both problems in action just in case you are unable to replicate the issue in your browser.

    At this time I am just looking for a snippet that I can add for each problem that will make things show how they are supposed to. Any help/suggestions will be apreciated, thank you in advance!

    I have tried both

    p#wc-stripe-payment-request-button-separator {
        display: none;

    p#wc-stripe-payment-request-button-separator {
        display: none !important;

    The latter works until the page loads then it reappears so I’m not sure if some form of Javascript is causing this to occur.
