Object Cache Pro Work With Redis

I am using the “Object Cache Pro” plugin with Redis on my site “https://dev-site-1.dev3.seadan.com.au/”.I want to know the plugin workflow.

how it works as I am using it to optimize my site. While it’s already setup with default config, I need to have a better understanding of it’s option & find ways to preload / prefetch some pages / data sets.

The issue is : current cache is only refreshed after the customer’s first page visit, which means their first page view is very slow. I need to find ways to preload most used data & pages so the website runs faster for the customer.

One Thing more where is the “Object Cache Pro” plugin cache store?
