Update on this:
We have tried 3 backup files to restore and nothing works. One of the selling features for this was the “Reliable Restore” It says on their site “No backup is good if it cannot be restored. Our software has been tested in dozens of different environments and restoration is just as good as backup.”
And yet none of the 3 backup files we tried has been successfully restored. Our site has been down for 3 days already. Is there anyone else who can support us with this?

Upon checking the conversation, we have noticed, that the issue was connected to the fact, that the backup files seem to be damaged.
But we are aware, that our tech team extracted the files with success, so you can try to restore any of the files and inform us how it went via email.
