Google Analytics has not been able to see traffic for a month. I’m afraid the plugin will block more.

You see light traffic, but that’s me with incognito browsing. Did I really lose all traffic all of a sudden?

    Hi @ildomandatore,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

As we checked your site, the GA cookies are loading upon giving acceptance. So, we couldn’t see any issue there. If you could send us a screenrecord from your dashboard after deactivating our plugin, it would help us understand better.

I didn’t quite understand what to do. Do I record the homepage loading video? I don’t think this is it, because you could do it.

    Hi @ildomandatore,

If you could send us a screenshot from your Google Analytics dashboard before and after deactivating our plugin that will do.

I removed your plugin and put back the old one. In fact it was your plugin that gave problems. I will not return to you, but I collaborate. Here is the picture.

For one month, Monsterinsight and Google Analytics scored 1 user. The user was me.

After I installed this plugin my Google Analytics’ traffic halved (it stayed the same in Jetpack, another tracker). What has happened? Many thanks for any help you can give on this.

    Hi @phillip2022

As the plugin needs to block the GA cookies until the user consents, to make your site GDPR compliant, there is a chance for a reduction in traffic. This is because many users will reject the consent rather than accepting and it is up to the user.
