  • When submitted, the form is sending the double opt-in confirmation email in English even though my Sign Up Form opt in email text in Benchmark is in Chinese text. I even created another signup form in my Benchmark account, which by default showed a confirmation in email, replaced it with Chinese text and saved it and this plugin still sends the default English text with no regard for what I have changed in my account.

    I am having to use an ugly HTML signup form Benchmark offers until this is resolved because of course my Chinese customers cannot receive an email in English.

    The newly released v3.0 of the plugin uses the Benchmark native sign-up form entities and has an interface to configure them right from the WP Admin area. It auto converts any earlier sign-up forms.

    I’m hoping this change may resolve the problem. If not, please provide your steps to reproduce the issue and I will pass along the details to the internal Benchmark Email developers in charge of that component. Steps to reproduce should include any fields you have populated that seem relevant to the problem (set-up) and the steps you are taking leading up to the problem behavior.

    On a side note, we’re going to be updating our admin side localizations ( Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese ) now that the plugin has been totally re-coded and the translation files need to be redone to match.
