Express checkout Not Displaying on Desktop

I have set-up Cartflows Global checkout on my site. Everything is working good except there is a glitch with express checkout button. It is not being displayed when the checkout is displayed on a desktop and the ORDER DETAILS section is pushed down to the bottom of the page. When I zoom in or use on a device with a smaller screen, the express checkout button appears and the page displays as normal.
Is there any solution for this?I have included some screen shots of the desktop website.
