Hello. First of all this is an awesome plugin. I was wondering how the avatar’s agent works? I tried the plugin WP Avatar, but nothing appear in the chat for the user. The option show avatar in options is enable.

With which plugin avatar is compatible?

Hello,
I’m sorry for late reply,

You can change your profile picture by using Gravatar service.

1. On the WP admin area go to Users tab-> Your Profile
2. Find About Yourself section and click on Gravatar link – http://prntscr.com/g6rhwg
3. After activating your Gravatar profile, you can add there Image Picture.

(Don’t forget to Enable Agent avatar option of Live Chat plugin)
